Shipping Policy

Every Damoya order is packed with care and sent out within 3-4 working days of being confirmed. Working days for shipments are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping is free on all orders across India.

As soon as your order leaves us, we'll send you a tracking link by email and WhatsApp.

Please check your delivery address and phone number carefully before placing your order. Once a parcel has been dispatched, we can't change the address.

Delivery times can stretch during festive periods, bad weather, or courier disruptions. If that happens, we'll keep you updated and do everything we can to get your parcel to you on time.

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please photograph it before opening and write to us at hello@damoya.in within 48 hours of delivery.
