Order Cancellation Policy

Your order starts moving soon after you place it, so we can only offer a short window for cancellations.

Cancellation window: You can cancel within 12 hours of placing your order.

How to cancel: Email hello@damoya.in with your order number and your cancellation request.

Refunds: Once we confirm your cancellation, we refund the full amount to your original payment method within [5–7] working days. This includes the ₹300 advance on COD orders cancelled within 12 hours.

After 12 hours: Orders can no longer be cancelled. Please wait for your order to arrive. If it isn't right for you, our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy applies from the day it's delivered. For COD orders cancelled after 12 hours, the ₹300 advance is non-refundable.

In rare cases, such as a stock error or a payment issue, we may need to cancel an order ourselves. If that happens, we'll let you know and refund you in full.
